Have multiple or ongoing concerns
When several things are happening at once, looking at them together may provide useful context for deciding what deserves further investigation.

A comprehensive assessment bringing together biofeedback, laboratory testing, a nursing evaluation, Krisia’s in-depth analysis, physician review and supportive wellness therapies.
The Comprehensive Health & Wellness Assessment is designed to step back and look at the broader picture.
Your initial visit combines Vitalara’s Biofeedback Diagnostic Assessment & Meta Therapy with a nursing physical check, baseline blood and urine laboratory testing, and several supportive wellness therapies. Afterward, Krisia conducts her deeper analysis, bringing together information from the assessment, your history and subsequent clinical findings.
Once that work is complete, the findings can be reviewed alongside laboratory results and a physician consultation to determine whether additional medical testing or other next steps may be appropriate.
Some people already know exactly what they need. Others know only that something doesn’t feel right, or have been trying to understand ongoing concerns without finding a clear direction.
The Comprehensive Assessment is intended for someone who wants to look beyond a single symptom or individual therapy and begin building a more complete picture of their health and wellness.
Particularly useful for people who:
When several things are happening at once, looking at them together may provide useful context for deciding what deserves further investigation.
You don’t need to arrive knowing which laboratory test, therapy or specialist you need. The purpose of the assessment is to help organize the next steps.
Biofeedback findings are considered alongside health history, physical measurements, laboratory testing and physician input rather than being treated as a medical diagnosis on their own.
The process doesn’t end when you leave Vitalara or receive a report. One month of direct guidance with Krisia is included.
Vitalara does not approach this assessment as a single scan, laboratory panel or consultation.
Instead, information is gathered from several different perspectives. Krisia’s biofeedback assessment provides one source of information. A nursing physical check and laboratory testing provide additional objective clinical information. Krisia then spends time examining the assessment in depth, and physician involvement helps determine where conventional medical testing or evaluation may be appropriate.
The goal isn’t to collect as much information as possible. It’s to identify what information is actually useful, understand what may deserve closer investigation, and create a clearer path forward.
The same foundational assessment offered independently at Vitalara, followed by Krisia’s detailed review and interpretation rather than simply handing you the device-generated report.
A qualified nursing professional performs a physical wellness check and collects relevant measurements to provide additional clinical information.
After Krisia completes her deeper analysis and the available clinical information has been gathered, the physician consultation provides another layer of professional review and helps determine whether further medical testing, evaluation or treatment should be considered.
Rather than simply receiving the lengthy information generated during the biofeedback assessment, you receive Krisia’s more focused analysis of the findings and areas she believes deserve attention or further investigation.
After your assessment, you have direct access to Krisia for questions and continued guidance throughout the following month, without a predetermined limit on how often you may reach out.
Additional testing may later be recommended by the physician based on the overall findings and is not included in the package unless specified.
These sessions create a restorative component to the initial visit, supporting relaxation and recovery while you move through the assessment experience.
Your visit begins with conversation, relevant history and the Biofeedback Diagnostic Assessment & Meta Therapy. Krisia may ask additional questions as information appears that she wants to understand more fully.
A nursing physical check and the included blood and urine laboratory samples add clinical information that can later be considered alongside the assessment findings.
During the visit, you also move through the included supportive therapies—Mineral Foot Soak Detox, Reflexology, Molecular Hydrogen Therapy and Full-Body Red + Near-Infrared Light Therapy—in Vitalara’s calm, private environment.
Your 2.5-hour visit is only the beginning.
The biofeedback assessment can produce a substantial amount of information. Krisia does not simply send that information to the client and consider the assessment complete.
She reviews the findings in depth, compares patterns, considers the information gathered during your appointment and investigates the areas she believes deserve closer attention. That process may take hours and, when necessary, continue over several days.
The purpose is to condense a large amount of information into something useful: the findings that matter, the questions that remain, and the areas that may warrant conventional medical testing or further evaluation.
Krisia has worked with this form of biofeedback technology for more than a decade. Her approach goes beyond generating the device’s standard report.
She studies the information in depth, asks targeted questions when additional context is needed, and works to identify patterns that may help determine which findings deserve further investigation.
The biofeedback findings themselves are not treated as a medical diagnosis. When something warrants confirmation, appropriate laboratory testing, physician evaluation or other conventional diagnostic testing may be recommended.
Once Krisia’s deeper analysis and the available laboratory results are complete, the physician consultation helps bring the information together from a clinical perspective.
If something requires additional confirmation or investigation, further medical testing may be recommended. If additional treatment or wellness support is appropriate, recommendations can then be built around the individual’s needs rather than assuming everyone should follow the same protocol.
Any additional testing, therapies, supplements, consultations or treatments recommended after the included assessment are separate from the $600 package unless otherwise specified.
Understanding what comes next can be just as important as gathering the information in the first place.
Your Comprehensive Assessment includes one month of direct access to Krisia for questions and continued guidance. There is no predetermined limit on the number of questions you may ask during that period.
Whether you need clarification about your findings, have questions about recommended next steps, or need help understanding how the different pieces fit together, you can continue the conversation with Krisia throughout the month.
Although the Comprehensive Assessment includes laboratory testing, physical measurements and physician involvement, the experience still takes place within Vitalara’s private wellness environment.
The initial appointment moves naturally between conversation, assessment, sample collection and quieter supportive therapies. Rather than spending 2.5 hours moving through a traditional medical setting, portions of the visit allow you to recline, slow down and simply receive.
The intention is to gather meaningful information while making the experience itself feel calm, personal and unhurried.

Two ways to begin. If you are unsure which one you need, message Vitalara and we will help you choose the most appropriate place to start.
Vitalara’s biofeedback assessment is used as a complementary wellness tool and should not be considered a substitute for conventional medical diagnosis. Device-generated findings may help identify areas for further discussion or investigation, but suspected medical conditions should be confirmed through appropriate laboratory testing, imaging, physician evaluation or other established diagnostic methods when indicated.
The Comprehensive Health & Wellness Assessment intentionally incorporates qualified medical professionals and conventional laboratory testing where appropriate. Recommendations are individualized, and additional testing or treatment may be required beyond what is included in this package.
You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what’s wrong or what you need next. The Comprehensive Health & Wellness Assessment is designed to help organize the information, identify what deserves closer attention, and create a clearer direction forward.
