What this session is

The technology generates the data. Krisia turns it into something you can actually use.

The assessment uses non-invasive biofeedback and bioresonance technology to generate a broad analysis across numerous biological reference categories and body systems—but the automated report isn’t treated as the final answer.

Krisia combines the information produced during the assessment with your health history, current concerns and her own observations. She then performs an in-depth review to look for relationships between the different findings, distinguish potentially meaningful patterns from secondary information, and identify areas that may deserve further investigation.

Rather than simply handing you everything the software generates, the goal is to turn a large amount of information into something focused, understandable and useful.

A broader view

Looking beyond a single symptom

The system compares information gathered during the assessment with an extensive digital reference library spanning multiple biological categories. This allows Krisia to explore patterns across different areas rather than looking at one concern in isolation.

Body Systems

Explore reference information associated with organs, tissues and different functional systems of the body.

Biological Patterns

Review software-generated comparisons across a wide range of biological reference categories and physiological patterns.

Nutrition & Environment

Explore reference categories associated with vitamins, minerals, foods, allergens and other potential influences on overall wellness.

Microorganism References

The system also contains reference information associated with microorganisms and other biological signatures that can be explored when relevant.

The Vitalara difference

A report can give you information. Experience helps make sense of it.

Biofeedback software can generate an extensive report, sometimes approaching 20 pages of information.

At Vitalara, that isn’t where the process ends.

With more than a decade of experience working with this type of technology, Krisia goes beyond the automated output. She reviews the findings in depth, compares patterns across different areas, considers what you’re actually experiencing, and investigates the information she believes is most relevant.

That review may take hours, and when necessary, days after your appointment.

The result isn’t simply the machine’s report. It’s a condensed, personalized interpretation designed to help determine what deserves attention next.

More than a decade of experience

Technology guided by a practiced eye

Krisia began formal training with biofeedback and bioresonance technology in the United States more than a decade ago and has continued studying and working with these systems ever since.

Over years of hands-on experience, her work has evolved beyond simply reading an automatically generated report. Her focus is on understanding relationships within the findings, asking the right follow-up questions and recognizing which patterns deserve deeper investigation.

Her experience has also led other practitioners, including physicians interested in learning the technology, to seek her guidance.

How the session works

Assess. Explore. Investigate.

01 — Begin with you

Krisia starts by understanding what brought you in, including current concerns, symptoms, health history and the questions you’re hoping to better understand.

02 — Complete the assessment

You’ll remain comfortable while the non-invasive system performs the assessment. Krisia explores the information as it appears, asks additional questions where relevant, and incorporates Meta Therapy during the session.

03 — Go deeper than the automated report

Afterward, Krisia reviews the larger body of information in depth, investigates relevant patterns and condenses the findings into a personalized report with recommended next steps.

Included in your session

What is Meta Therapy?

Meta Therapy is the frequency-based component built into the bioresonance system and is incorporated during the assessment according to the areas being explored.

The technology is designed to deliver selected frequency patterns through the system as part of the session.

Meta Therapy should be understood as a complementary wellness modality rather than a replacement for medical treatment, and its clinical effectiveness for diagnosing or treating specific diseases has not been established.

When something deserves a closer look

The purpose of the assessment isn’t to give you a new diagnosis from a computer screen.

When Krisia identifies a pattern she believes warrants further investigation, she can recommend the appropriate next step. That may include conventional laboratory testing, imaging, medical consultation or another form of clinical evaluation to confirm, or rule out, what the assessment has suggested.

When additional medical evaluation is appropriate, Vitalara can work alongside its physician to better understand confirmed findings and determine what options may make sense from there.

This creates an important bridge between wellness assessment and conventional medical diagnosis rather than treating them as competing approaches.

Looking deeper

Don’t stop at the symptom

A symptom tells you how you’re feeling. It doesn’t always tell you why.

Vitalara’s approach is to look for relationships between what you’re experiencing and other patterns that may deserve investigation. Instead of assuming every individual symptom is an isolated problem, Krisia looks across the assessment for potential underlying contributors and connections.

Those possibilities can then guide better questions, and when appropriate, further testing that can provide the medical confirmation needed before deciding what comes next.

After your appointment

Not 20 pages of data. What you actually need to know.

The automated assessment can produce a large amount of information. Rather than simply forwarding that entire output, Krisia takes the time to review, investigate and condense the findings.

Your personalized report focuses on the areas she believes are most relevant, explains what stood out, and outlines recommended next steps when additional investigation or support may be appropriate.

Because this work continues after you leave Vitalara, your final report may be delivered after Krisia has completed the deeper review rather than immediately at the end of your appointment.

Personalized wellness

The assessment can help shape what comes next

This process becomes an important part of understanding where to begin.

Findings are considered alongside the client’s history, concerns and any conventional medical information available. When further testing is needed, this may happen before recommendations are finalized.

From there, therapies, nutritional or lifestyle support, supplements and medical involvement can be considered according to what the individual actually needs, not simply because a particular treatment is available.

Who it's for

You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong

Some people come to Vitalara because they’ve been dealing with concerns for a long time and want another perspective. Others know something feels different but aren’t sure where to begin. And some feel well and simply want a broader look at their current wellness.

You don’t need to arrive with a diagnosis or know which therapy you need. The purpose of the assessment is to gather information, ask better questions and help determine whether anything deserves a closer look.

What to expect

Non-invasive, comfortable and conversational

No special preparation is needed—come as you are.

The assessment itself is non-invasive. You’ll remain comfortable while Krisia operates the system, reviews information and asks questions based on what appears during the session.

Some findings may be discussed with you during the appointment, but the deeper work often happens afterward as Krisia reviews the complete output and investigates the relationships between different findings.

The goal isn’t to overwhelm you with everything the software can display. It’s to help you leave the process with a clearer understanding of what may deserve attention and what your next step should be.

A responsible note

Biofeedback and bioresonance technologies vary considerably in their methods, capabilities and supporting evidence. Vitalara’s Biofeedback Diagnostic Assessment is used as a complementary wellness assessment and is not a substitute for laboratory testing, medical imaging, physician evaluation or conventional medical diagnosis.

Findings from the assessment should not be interpreted as confirmation of a disease or medical condition. When an area of concern is identified, appropriate medical testing or professional evaluation may be recommended to confirm or rule out the finding before treatment decisions are made. Meta Therapy is also considered a complementary wellness modality, and evidence supporting its effectiveness for specific medical conditions remains limited.

Not sure where to start? Start by looking deeper.

Whether you’re trying to better understand ongoing concerns or simply want a broader view of your wellness, your assessment can help identify the questions worth exploring next.
